    Our Solid Steps We take solid steps through transforming our cotton manufacture 100% into BCI standards, consciously to prevent child labor and forced labor.In our conventional manufactures, we operate with full commitment to impeccable regular follow-up of child labor and forced labor; systematic data collection and data recording.
    Our Goals We aim to fully eliminate child labor and forced labor through our cotton manufacture at international BCI standards.
  • Worker Health and Security

    We purposefully contribute to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being; to promote sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all; to foster equality of opportunity in employment; and to ensure sustainable decent work opportunities.     Our Solid Steps We limit our workers’ daily work time by 8 hours in our BCI standard cotton manufactures.We positively transform our impact on worker health through mechanized agricultural practices.
    Our Goals We aim to increase our total education time per person by 50%. We are organizing training courses regarding the topics of agricultural chemicals and worker healthy and security. We are aiming to support all our farmers through our educational trainings regarding our conventional manufactures.

    Our Solid Steps We pay our workers of all genders equally. We ensure equal participation in our educational courses in equal amounts of time for our workers of all genders.
    Our GoalsWe aim to maintain a minimum 50% ratio of women workers within the total amount of workers in our operations.
  • Farmer Organizations

    We purposefully contribute to reduce inequalities within and among societies; to promote sustainable growth and equality of opportunity. We call all our shareholders for collaboration; for a sustainable world and a sustainable future.

    Our Solid Steps We support and encourage our farmers’ participation in farmers’ organizations; we encourage them to establish new farmer unions and organizations.
    Our Goals We aim to fully support our farmers via new educational courses suiting their most significant needs; along with courses such as land management, chemical implementations that we already offer, believing in mutual growth always and fully.
